Woo Commerce has a bug thus the flat shipping for now.
Some overseas shipping can take six to eight weeks to arrive especially in the EU.
Please double check your overseas address. I can not be responsible if I ship overseas and your country looses it or sends it back undeliverable to the address you gave me.
I will be responsible if I entered your address wrong or it was lost in the US. I can track it as long as its in the US.
This is extremely rare and in ten years may of happened one.
I do want you happy and if a situation occurs we will work it out.
